Yes! Connect Imaging appears to be alone in offering this advanced feature.
Why it matters: While you may schedule a radiologist to receive studies from 8:00pm on, he/she may not log on until somewhat later, perhaps at 8:30pm. To avoid problems of access to studies sent prior to the log in time, you need a distributor that maintains studies in a cache. This allows the distributor to send studies received earlier than when the intended recipient logs on to receive them.
