Is support available 24/7, 8/5, or per call, depending on the needs of the facility?

Yes! With Connect Imaging, support and software upgrades are available, but not required, for any installation. Making an informed choice among these three options allows Connect Imaging’s clients the most flexibility in allocating their resources.

Why it matters: Support costs and software/hardware upgrades really are part of the total cost that must be budgeted for any PACS over time. Some vendors offer a low initial price, but subsequently require purchase of a support contract—a hidden cost. At Connect Imaging, we provide transparent pricing and will be happy to provide you with information regarding the benefits of each option available with our PACS.
