Is a support and software upgrade guarantee available but not required?

Yes! At Connect Imaging, the support and software upgrade guarantee is not a disguised software services payment. If you choose not to subscribe to the agreement, there is no restriction on using your current version software and hardware. Those with the simplest systems sometimes choose that option.

An option for clients who want to save money is our workday only technical support. This option still includes live support, plus automatic upgrades of software and hardware.
