Yes! Connect Imaging makes it simple to display another study on another panel to handle a STAT read--without disrupting the study currently being read.
Why it matters: Interrupting a study for an emergency read breaks the radiologist’s train of thought. However, if the study currently being interpreted can be left undisturbed, getting back into the study is easier. The PACS should allow the current study to be suspended when another study needs to be seen for a STAT read. This allows the radiologist to resume reading with minimal disruption.
