of software users as well as of programmers. Her focus
is on maintaining software ease of use and reducing
the impact of human error in real-world software use.

and test operations, plus all technical support at our
Pittsburgh office. With over ten years experience in
computer hardware assembly, test and repair, networking
operations, and advanced level data storage configuration,
he provides the necessary hardware expertise to the
Connect team.
The Company
Connect Imaging maintains its corporate headquarters
and software development in Hawaii. Assembly, testing,
installation, and technical support are handled from
Western Pennsylvania. Once installation is complete,
Connect's service engineers can remotely troubleshoot
and fix most problems through high speed internet connection
to the client's facility.
