Connect operates on three pillars of strength: design, customization, and support.

Software design is guided by our Director of Development, a Ph.D. in cognitive science. Her goal is to make software that ‘thinks like the user’ so that the user can focus on performing the task at hand, rather than on working consciously with the interface.

Customization is possible because we’ve developed more than 15 different modules we can configure to follow each customer’s specific workflow patterns. From first contact with a prospective client, we ask, “What do you want to do, and how do you presently do it?”  Most vendors tell them, “This is what we do.”  As a result, we have what we call the most configurable PACS system available.

Finally, we provide immediate access to helpful, competent support personnel. Having already taken care of the design issue (making the interface easy to use) and the configuration issue (making the solution fit the problem), we help the user become comfortable with the system by providing responsive support.
