  • User name
  • Patient ID or patient name
  • Study UID or study ID
  • Accession number
  • Access type, access computer or access program
• Results of query can be printed in a user-configurable form.
• Results of query can be saved as an Excel spreadsheet, an XML file, a text file, or an html page.
