is resolved within an hour of first contact. Support
contracts are billed annually, in advance.
Technical support is available as one
of three options:

hrs/day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Software
is upgraded to most current version within 3 months
of public release.

includes software upgrade guarantee: Coverage for 8
hrs/day, 5 days a week, local time. Software is upgraded
to most current version within 3 months of public release.
: Support is available Monday-Friday,
8am-5pm EST. A valid purchase order or credit card must
be supplied in advance. Minimum charges apply. Support
can be provided only if the user has a current software
version.
